Strawberry Slushie

Strawberry Slushie is the best way to use season’s last strawberries. It is so refreshing that  you won’t stop after having 1 glass, you’ll definitely crave for more. The fresh blast of strawberry is just what you need to beat the heat!

Ingredients:

Makes 3 glasses

• Strawberries: 500 g
• Ice Cubes: 10
• Sugar: 2 tsp (to taste)
• Lime Juice: 1-2 tbsp

Method:

1. Take fresh strawberries, wash and cut them. Put in the freezer for half an hour.
2. In a mixer put the frozen strawberries, lime juice, sugar and ice cubes and give it a good churn.
3. Serve Immediately.

Notes:

1. Frozen strawberries can be used but the taste will not be as good as the fresh ones.
